It is possible to rent 1 or 2 cars from 2025.

House rules
1. Be mindful of the noise levels in the surroundings.
2. Smoking is prohibited inside the house; outside smoking is of course permitted.
3. Interim cleaning is mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights, at a cost of €85.
4. No parties or unannounced guests allowed. Price is based on 4 people. Each additional person costs € 25 per night
5. Food scraps must be disposed of immediately (to prevent pests), and no glassware in or near the pool (plastic cups are provided).
6. Palm Villa Curaçao / the landlord cannot be held liable for any damage, injury, theft, or loss occurring during the stay or use of the villa, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Electricity usage of 20 kWh per night is included (normal use for 1 family).
- Additional usage per kWh: €0.50.
8. Water usage of 1 m³ per night is included (normal use for 1 family).
- Additional usage per m³: €8.
9. Deposit of €500 for the villa and €250 per car.
